Proof of medical

My fiance had his medical as required for the K1 visa, but they didn't give him any papers after he completed it. They said that they gave the info, ie that he is healthy and the results of his tests, directly to the US embassy. He had his interview and was approved for the K1 visa. He has the sealed envalope and his x-ray. He will get the required vaccines for AOS here in the States, but doesn't want to have to repeat the doctor's physical and tests. What documentation needs to be submitted stating that he finished the medical already, within one year? Is that included in the sealed envalope already? He's still in El Salvador, so is there a form that the doctor needs to fill out or something?

If less than one year, then the proof you need is already suppose to be in the alien's file...
