Just organised all the paperwork for our interviews on Wednesday  Put into individual files etc, but what do i need copies of everything? Intend to go and do all the copying tomorrow so wanted to double check as there is ALOT of paperwork for the both of us (me and my Daughter) as we have seperate visa petitions!

I know i need copies of the Birth certificates/ marriage certificate/adoption certificate. Do i need copies of the I-864 (affadavit of supports) And the DS-230 Part II?

Police certificate? Husband and other daughters passport?

Tax transcripts?

Anything of those you mentioned that you would like to have for your records, or in the case that they are originals and you don't want to give them up, then photocopy them.

Of course you want to keep your birth certificates, etc so they will look at the certified copy to make sure it's okay then keep the photocopy. As far as the tax documents. If those are the only ones your USC has, then photocopy them and turn in the photocopy. You will have to submit tax records again for AOS so you won't want to turn in the only records he has.

If you want a copy of your police certificate or DS forms for your files, then make photocopies. Basically the rule is they will keep documents and you won't get them back, so figure out what you might want to have or look at again.
