Does USCIS has a form or a format to request the police clearance records? We have to request the records for my fiance from Mexico however we could not find a format. Can anyone help? Thanks!

I asked about police records in mexico city, I don't have any so they told me they could give me a letter if no police record which i thought could help for something, if you need help i'll be glad to help you, it depends on which state you live, some states are fast and is free and some are slow and or charge for it, in mexico city was free and it only took 10 days. I just had to take my birth certificate and a prove of my address and that was it, if you need more info google "carta de no antecedentes penales" that's what i did, I hope it helps

01/10/19 NOA date/showed under documents online

01/12/19 Showed online Biometrics appointment had been created

01/15/19 Received NOA in the mail

01/15/19 Biometrics appointment showed under documents online

01/18/19 Received Biometrics appointment in the mail

01/29/19 Biometrics Appointment @Dallas

02/08/19 Interview appointment was scheduled 

03/19/19 Interview @ Fort Smith, AR (passed)

07/04/19 Naturalization Ceremony
