Adrian says once he has the visa in his hand- he'll write the review. LOL That should be any day now. Just wondering if Jenni/Bo got their visa yet- they interviewed the day before Adrian and the kids.

  7. NOA2 hard copy received 8/1/2008
  8. RFE for kids received in mail 8/2/2008

  11. Paid AOS 9/25/08 Online
  12. Over-nighted I-864 packet 10/1/08 to NVC
  13. I-864 received 10/2/08
  14. Paid IV 10/7/08 Online
  15. IV in system as paid 10/8/08
  16. AOS/I-864 in system 10/15/08
  17. Overnighted DS-230's to NVC 10/17/08 (Friday- but won't be there until Monday)
  18. NVC received DS-230 packets 10/20/08
  19. RFE's received DS-230 and I-864 10/27/08
  20. Overnighted corrected information to NVC 10/29/08
  21. NVC received corrected DS-230 and I-864 10/30/08
  22. Case complete at NVC !!! 11/6/08 (received notification via email)
  23. Interview scheduled for 1/16/09 in MTL- hoping to schedule the medical early in the same week
  24. 1/16/09- CR-1/APPROVED !!
  25. 1/23/09- Visas arrived !!
  26. Coming home forever- January 30 2009 !

Good luck! A suggestion - make sure ALL of the necessary tests and paperwork is processed before the interview. My love was sent back the DR. in Ottawa as he forgot to ask the lab to process the STD test............. he had to go back to the doctor, pay $120.00 again and wait two weeks for the results to be forwarded to Montreal ( yes..they came back negative!)before they released the passport and VISA..

Yes Amy and Adrian, my visa was delivered yesterday (on my 25th birthday!) It had arrived in Miramichi on Monday, but due to the storm we had, there was no delivery. He should have his very soon!!

09/20/08 - Received Packet 3
10/02/08 - Packet 3 delivered to MTL
10/16/08 - Medical in Halifax
01/15/09 - Interview in Montreal
01/20/09 - Visa in Hand
02/03/09 - Fly to US - POE Halifax NS
03/06/09 - Wedding in Yanceyville, NC

AOS
4/24/09 - Sent AOS package (after too many delays!)
4/27/09 - Signed for in Chicago
5/05/09 - Check cashed and all three NOA1's in the mail
5/14/09 - Received Biometrics appointment letter - Appointment is June 2nd.
6/2/09 - Biometrics at Raleigh field office - they were some of the nicest people :)
6/18/09 - EAD approved and card production ordered
6/20/09- received AP papers in the mail
6/22/09 EAD card arrived in the mail (that was fast eh?)
7/09/09 - received notice of GC appointment date
8/07/09 - Green Card interview at Raleigh Field office at 8:45am - Given RFE for I-693 Vaccination suppliment
9/08/09 - returned RFE to field office. Approved for Green Card
9/09/09 - Received email that Card production had been ordered.
9/17/09 - Green Card in the mail - No more USCIS until June, 2011 :D
