:dance::dance: Alhamdulellah we just recieved an email from the INS that we got approved on our I-130 from the California Service Center, We are sooooooooooooo Happy and I wish for everyone to get approved on thier application. Now can someone tell me what would happen next and how much longer do we expect to wait until we are together. Please share your experience with the california service center.

Thank You!

I think if you go to Middle East North Africa thread you will find more info. I just want to let you know. Congrats on the I-130 getting aproved. But your road is still a long road so get ready for the long journey. I sent in my I-130 Jan 16, 2006 and I got my husband home April 8 2008. Some cases go faster but it just seems if your married to a MENA man it takes longer. So go to Middle East North Africa threads and check out some of the time lines. I hope this will help you and good luck with your journey

Congrats! :dancing:

It looks like you filed for the K3, did they approve the 129f also?

Try the NVC forum, there are some shortcuts to get you through NVC quickly if you are going with the 130(Cr1).

Good luck with the rest of your journey. I hope you are reunited quickly

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!
