Our interview is coming up soon approx. 1 month from now

I started to worry if these documents are considered to be sufficed.

- Bank account both of our names ( my name was added on Dec 26, 2008 and our interview letter notice date was Dec 29, 2008)

- Car insurance both of our names

- My wife insurance ( life, health, dental, vision) and I'm her beneficiary)

- Telephone and internet account statements both of our names

- T-mobile cellphone plan - two numbers (one for my wife and one for myself) - my name is not on her plan

- Our drivers license both show the same address

- both of our names in other telephone company

- 16 photos placed on our scrapbook including letters from my wife's mom in the philippines, cards from flowers.com, our letters, bunch of long distance call statements from 2006

- Hopefully we can file our 2008 income tax return before our interview

....are these considered to be enough?

What else do I need to prove that our relationship is on a good faith?

Do I need to bring my return air fare ticket to canada that I din't use (still good 'til July 2009)? My employment history from service Canada showing that I was still employed 'til July 25 2008 even I left Canada on July 19? When my wife went to Canada to visit me last 2 years, she doesn't have a picture with my mom and sisters but we do have pictures together with my niece and nephews and together with my youngest brother back in Canada on July 2007.

Do I need to bring a statements of my credit cards, bank account and student loan statement in Canada?

What else do I need to gather and bring during upcoming interview?

Any useful info will be appreciated.....Thanks a lot!

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)

Did you apply to adjust status from entry to the US as a visitor?

The documents you have sound good. If you are adjusting as a visitor it wouldn't hurt to bring the documents that show you still had ties to Canada when you arrived in the US to prove you did not intend to get married and adjust on that visit. If you entered as a K-1, then you don't need to b ring proof of your ties to Canada, just proof that your marriage is bona fide and not entered into just to get a greencard. What you have shows a mingling of financial and social ties, which is what they look for. You may find that they don't even look at your evidence and just talk with you, so be prepared to answer the questions truthfully, be confident and expect the best. Good luck.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Agree with Kathryn. You just need the most recent utility, bank, etc. statements in joint names. Get your lease revised to be in both names, or if it's your own home, it can be transferred to both names in just a day or two by a lawyer. Not sure if it is necessary to rush your 2008 tax return, because you have so much else to show for your marriage.
