 Congrats Terrie!

My MIL is here now and I haven't stepped foot in my kitchen since... She loves cooking in our kitchen its pretty big plus she has an island and its a pleasure from her small kitchen in Egypt. Hmm..another thing, I haven't seen my son since that time either she a "babynapper"

I didn't line up anyone for her to meet with as she's pretty shy and not someone to venture out without me or the hubby and definately not leaving the babies behind. We do visit Target, the dollar tree (she adores it) and her favorite supermarket (its a tie) btn a mexican market with a butcher and freshest fruit around and Fry's. Thank god most of them are across the street from us!

Did I mention I introduced her to Powerball?:whistle:

Annie, that is hilarious. My MIL loves the lottery and now that FL has Powerball...ooooh. Watchout!

I hope that when she's here I'll lose lots of weight because she is such a great cook - but very healthy.

She gets so excited and can't believe its "only a dollar and a dream" LMAO

I wish I was losing weight on her food...Haha! Good luck w/ that one! :P

Aww! PM me your information and I will add you. I have it set that way because of my hubbys work page. I was getting too many messages and stranger requests. My MIL was terrified too. We got her a SIM card for her mobile thru Telestial (i think, i have to look it up) that way when she landed in London she could call us and we were able to chat w/ her (cheaper than calling cards/or using our phones) and we talked to airport workers to get her from one area to another. It helped her so much so she was not nervous about getting help.

 She picks her numbers and everything.

Regarding the weight loss, she cooks everything without preservatives nothing from cans and such. I find when I eat this way the weight seems to drop off because I lose all the excess salt, thus dropping lots of water weight.

Terri - of course it is. But if there's one thing you should know by now, most people - muslims, christians, jews doesn't matter....we're all guilty of this - "Do as I say, not as I do.":devil::lol:

And actually, as a Catholic - honey, please, we're the biggest gamblers there are, as we'll raffle off anything.

Lisa, she would need to come on a Tourist Visa. She'll just have to apply for one with the embassy. The big thing is for her to demonstrate that she will be going home after her visit - that she isn't coming to stay permanently. :star:
