AOS Process and Requirements

hello,

I would just like to ask what do we exactly need to submit for the AOS application. I have gone

through the list over the net but would like to check to ensure that we don't miss anything.

And for the AOS interview, does the sponsor (husband/wife) has to be there as well? Or just the

beneficiary?

The AOS GUIDE is pretty specific/thorough. Not sure what we could add to.

Yes both USC and Foreign Spouse attend the interview.
