hey, to everyone this is my first post :dance:i sent my 130 petition for my wife one month ago now i want to send i 129f for same person . but i need hepl answering (partA 11 have you ever filed for this or ......) so do i check yes or no since i already sent i 130 petition .thsssss

The answer is NO (unless you actually have filed for her before) - see Example I-129f for K3 Form .

You will need your NOA1 (I-797 Notice of Action) for the I-130 to send with the I-129f

Answer is No... if you get the NOA1 for your I-130 make sure you attacehed a copy of it to your I-129F. Goodluck!
