does the I134 still need to be notarized?

Hi, i see that in the past the I-134 document would need to be notarized. however when you go the the new form thats available from the USCIS.gov website, it gives no space for a notary and it doesn`t say anything about it needing to be notarized anymore. has this changed or will i need to have this document notarized?

it says in the instructions for the I-134 under "execution of affidavit" it states, "for this reason, it is not necessary to sign form I-134 before a notary, nor to have your signature notarzied after you have signed it."

please could anyone help if you know as i am needing to know as soon as possible.

i`d especially like to know if anyone has gotten through the interview without it.

The new(er) version - which has the text you described above does not (as is says) need to be notarized - there have bee zero reports of anyone (using this form) having any issues at the interview.
