yes, you can go even without a letter from your husband.. since you're the mother.. no problem.

they only ask for letter if the child is travelling with a guardian.

at least that's the policy of United Airlines.

You can also check other airlines, or call their call center about it..

I hope this helps..

Have a safe journey..

meaning nasa maiden name pa yung passport mo?

that's ok if your GC is in your married name and that the child's BC matches the name of your GC so do they know ikaw talaga yung mom niya. bring a marriage cert. also and other docs if needed... that's what ive known. bring his BC and photocopy mo din yung passport ng hubby mo para sure din hehe... yun lng alam ko... not 100% positive

Citizenship N-400

4/15/2010- sent my N-400 via fedex overnight

4/16/2010- signed and delivered

4/29/2010- check cleared

It is strongly recommended that children travelling alone or with one parent carry a consent letter for each and every trip abroad.

here's a sample letter pa notarize mo.

To Whom It May Concern

Ang problema pagbalik mo dito from Phils.
