A lot of the centers will allow walkings if you have the appointment letter. Heck, give it a try at at time that is convenient for you.

I've not seen an ASC that didn't take walk-ins (as long as you have your ID, Original Appointment Letter in hand). (FYI - You don't want to walk-in after your appointment date, early is cool though...)

The first biometrics appointment Claudeth went to they really raked her over the coals for showing up 15 minutes early. It was really stupid and the place was packed. The next time she went they hardly even looked at her letter and she breezed right through. This last time, for her 10-year card, it was also a breeze.
