hey guys,

just want some info, a person is asking for my help but i dont know what answers to give her, i told her to seek help here but i dont know if she posted a thread already.

her petitioner lost his job before christmas, but he gave her his employment certificate dated dec. 2008 and copies of latest itr and they found co-sponsor already inline with the preparation for her consulate interview i think this january 23.

the question is, will this affect the case? what problem can u see about this case?

thank u and ur help will be a good help for her just like u are to me.

Did the I-134 get submitted yet?

Just do an updated I-134 with the co-sponsor's info.

However, with the information provided, that should still work.

Did the petitioner get a new job since then?

They may have to ask to re-schedule the appointment to get the updated info...

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
