Mamalou started a thread, but I'm making another without any date limits, other than those who are overdue.

Are there any lurkers out there which are past VJ's processing times? I have seen a few February filers and there might be a few from March as well. We didn't have many April filers to begin with, but I think I'm the last one waiting from the NO touches NO approvals family.

Vent and b1tch here. :ranting:

I don't want to b1tch on other happy threads. :unsure:

Narina, I keep opening VJ now and looking for an "approved!" thread started by u. I dont know why, but fels like is just around the corner. if not today, monday u should get the happy email. but i have a feeling u r approved, just didnt get the notice yet.

anyways, if isnt today and ull start the pity party weekend thread, I'll join. my lover left back home so I have my pity reasons too.

DS 3032 sent : 26 dec 2008 (friend sends it, based on how fast Ds-3032 was generated for Sracastillo and others who had same NOA2 date as me-risky, but worked)

received AOS package and IIN number in mail : 29 dec 2008 (same friend picks up mail and sends us the IIN)

pay the AOS bill online: 29 dec 2008

AOS shows as PAID: 30 dec 2008

my husband goes back and bags with our papers get lost : 5th jan 2009

package IV fee bill generated and paid online: 7th jan 2009

recieved bags and papers: 9th jan 2009

sent AOS package: 9th jan 2009

package IV bill shows PAID and sending package IV : 12 jan 2009

case complete: jan 20th

interview march 30th 2009

NVC mails I129F package to bucharest embasy

up to this day, no package received at embasy here -one more reason to prove in my case I129F was just useless

Nice to see you again. Sorry about your hubby leaving. Yeah, I left mine a couple days ago. I am already looking at going back LOL. I just don't want to make plans yet. I'm hoping to see an approval soon and then I want to see when we will get an interview date. If I know our interview date then I can make plans to go there spaced out properly. He told me to come back in February but I don't know... I want to, but I think that would be pushing it with my job. So far everyone's been okay with my travels. I don't want to overburden the people that have to cover for me when I'm gone.

I will start the pity party thread before I forget to do it tonight. I have to work 24 hours this weekend anywayz, so I will be on Sat/Sun LOL

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Let me guess...you're within normal processing times...

Even though back in September they were processing Feb 26th...I guess they haven't gotten to Feb 29th yet!

It's so unfair! Not to mention absolutely ridiculous...it's laughable!!!

i just feel like arrrrgggggggg

i have to wait for 2x screw up from them

this is getting to far

i know how it feels i imagine it is worse for you

i should have probably filled immediately after we got married legally

we where already separated by distance then

i went to Us to vacation for 2 months so we waited till i left probably should have done that

THIS JUST SUCKS!!!!

By the way, I've been to Aruba and LOVED IT!!!!!

My husband who's the one in the Netherlands has never been there. I've been asking him to take a vacation and go there.

As for the whole emotional disaster, GOD DO I KNOW!!!!

They need to change their name to USCBS

I wish I KNEW what is going on!!! Every time I call they tell me it is still "pending" and that we are not THAT far outside of processing dates...!!! Have filed 3 service request and get the response that it is "under review"...hardly a response at all. They sent our case to the WRONG office "by mistake" back in October, so then had to transfer it back to VSC which took almost 2 months of me calling them, having my congressman call them, my attorney call. Finally it is back at VSC. I call nearly every day and as of Friday I was told it was with an officer...let's hope that is the truth and that we get our approval this week! My husband has already missed the birth of our first baby and we MISS him so we just keep praying...that's about all I can think of to do!

my cristal ball says there have been a narcolepsy epidemia at VSC, but is solved, and officers cured. only one narcoleptic officer left -the one who holds files of the "K3 leftovers", but he'll get the miraculous cure this weekend, so starting with next week, approvals will flow from his desk.
