Was about to send the I130 form to USCIS lockbox but I noticed contradictory zip codes for visa journey website and official form...

official form: USCIS P.O. Box 804625 Chicago, IL 60680-4107

visa journey: USCIS P.O. Box 804625 Chicago, IL 60680-1029

The last 4 digits are wrong. Should i go with one on official form?

Yes - always use the official form as others stated.

If you used the VJ one, it would still get there, it may just be delayed a bit. (you could even drop off the +4, it's for better routing and makes it go faster...)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
