Hi all,

rightnow im preparing paper works for our application for k1 visa. its our 2nd time and im thinking when i ws in US i got a Social security #

- should i put it in the G325a form? and in some advance thoughts... if ever ill be making it again for the interview to the embassy which is of course after 9 months or less i hope..

- should i also include some previous papers from our 1st application? ie. pictures i used before, money transfer receipts etc. of course i will include more updated ones.

- Lastly, the first time we went through this my fiancee went to a lawyer and paid a lot it cost him so much, is it better if we will just do it by ourselves this time?

Thank u so much,

sad emily.. :(

Hi all,

- should i put it in the G325a form? Yes, and anywhere else it asks for it. You'll be asked for your A# also, which you will now have, it's still 'your' number also. and in some advance thoughts... if ever ill be making it again for the interview to the embassy which is of course after 9 months or less i hope..

- should i also include some previous papers from our 1st application? ie. pictures i used before, money transfer receipts etc. of course i will include more updated ones. Yes, at least what is still relevant. Don't leave out the recent items either - especially any visits.

- Lastly, the first time we went through this my fiancee went to a lawyer and paid a lot it cost him so much, is it better if we will just do it by ourselves this time? If you had no complications the attorney was needed to guide you through - in other words, he/she simply filled out/sent-in forms for you, then no - I'd say you don't need one. Most folks do not.

Thank u so much,

sad emily.. :(

Is it safe to assume you guys have seen each other in person within the last two years? (Because that still counts, regardless of your last petition.)
