Hi,

I am hoping somebody can help me find the answer here.

If my DH is working overseas and I return to the US to live there (we'll be seperated soon), can we still apply for removal condition? My GC will expire in May 2009 and I don't think if we does get divorce it will be done in time before my GC expired.

Pls help.

Thanks!

How long have you been out of country on a conditional green card? Are you divorcing?

I've been outside the country for almost a month now. Sadly, chances are we're heading towards a divorce since he's having an affair.

You can lift conditions on your own. The whole issue is showing you entered into the marriage in good faith. An unfaithful spouse is always good grounds for divorce. I hate cheaters
