Yes - you will probably need to bring it up. Marriage is marriage. You might be in some database, and if they cross reference it....

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

are you talking about divorce or annulment?well if dika nagdivorce walang divorce na lalalbas...peru annulment...hindi rin lalabas sa NSO kung dimo ipinaregister yung annulment mo...peru for sure kapag pinakuha ka ng CENOMAR,lalabas na married ka sa NSO certificate and thats the time you need to bring it up yung annulment papers mo....good luck

Main reason im asking I cant find any papers from then and I have searched all my records, I check my state website doesn't show my marriage to her, and since annulled there was no divorce proceeding, I know it sound really dumb but its been 25 years and it was just a time in my life I don't think too much about it so long ago.

I want to show everything I need to but I really dont know how to approach it due not even remember date of annulment I remember the marriage date but thats it, what kind of proof can I supply.

Thanks

you can always secure a copy of your annotated marriage certificate from National Statistics Office, you can apply online.it will serve as a proof during the time of the interview of the beneficiary.but make sure you have it registered both at NSO and at the local office registry office where your marriage took place.

Good that you took time in searching for your previous marriage and divorce records, or it would really be a mess...the processing of your papers might get delayed, and even worse, a denied petition. Good luck! Hope you get those documents really quick on Monday and send off that I-29F.

God bless!

Have you tried going directly to the courthouse in the county where you were married/annulled?

This is one of those gray areas that may require a better legal minds than I have.
