Tuesday was 90 days since USCIS received my AOS/EAD papers but I haven't heard anything.

Case status shows that my EAD was last touched November 6th and my AOS December 6th....

I received a RFE for my AOS only back in late October...

What recourse should I take?

I have the Ombudsman, my congressman and senator all looking into this as we speak.

Responded to the RFE immediately for the AOS... the paper clearly on has the case number for my AOS.
