I'm calling ALL those K-3 filler that were not approve yet from Nov 2007 -March 2008, lets get in touch, join & make a thread here. At least we will know how many of us are left behind. Please do update your time lines.

Jan.7,2010- AOS packet received signed by Chyba

Jan.10,2010- Notice receipt from USCIS

Jan.13,2010- check has been cashed

Jan.14,2010- NOA1 received (hard copy)

Jan.23,2010- Biometrics Appt.received in the mail dated Jan.14,2010

Feb. 1, 2010- Biometrics appointment at 8a.m.

Feb.9,2010 - touched

March 2,2010- AP approved

March 9,2010- Hard copy received

March 12, 2010- I-485 receipt notice for interview

March 18,2010- received letter for initial interview

April 19, 2010- 8 :15 A.M INTERVIEW DATE ( APPROVED 5min.Interview)

APRIL 20, 2010- USCIS website updated card production ordered

Hey Mamalou. I got an approval few minutes after I posted in your thread as my lawyer emailed me of my approval. Yours is behind ..Gosh! I thought I read May filers ahahah you are March filers. Sorry..But I would love to hear back at you. I am assuming you will have yours next week.. :star::star:

congratulation for ur approval , one of the major problems we r facing here in Vj while we try to determine who got approved and who is still waitting is the fact that many just ignore updating their timeline and sometimes they just ignore the whole site as soon as they get their approval , in igore list there r many people listed but the problem is that they were not active for a while and who knows if they r approved yet or just left overs waitting , any way plz update ur timeline wish u a quick approval soon see u arround

Count us in too...filed I-130 in Nov. 2007 and I-129F in Feb. 2008...still NOTHING!!! Our case has been misplaced, sent to the wrong office, etc, etc, etc...praying for an approval this month or we will be preparing to move to Haiti to be with my husband! Good luck to you all!

I'm also waiting for approval. I saw someone get approved from July, can you believe it? What happened to us?
