Hey All - just want to thank you for everything. USCIS gave me the number for Immigration and Customs and told me that my soon to be ex is a FRAUD and that he will be deported. I have all documentation at hand that they need so thank you again for lending your ear to me. I have to make that call now!

Wow, now I heard from someone stating that he may not be deported. He has a chance now to rebutt my claims on him. Oh God Bless America................ :crying:

Well, that is only fair, remember - in this country, "innocent until proven guilty..."

If you have the proof/truth on your side, you should have no problem.

Good luck with your case!

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
