I live with my parents, and because i don't make enough money to support the poverty line since im only ay a part time basis kind of job, my father is going to help me out by filling up the affadavit of support, my question is though...my dad is in the military, and just recently got deployed to New Jersey for a year, so what form would my father fill up?? There are a few different affadavit of supports online in the uscis website to choose from, I just want to make sure my dad fills up the right one.

one final quickie question, when i first submit my petition to uscis, im just sending in the petiton form i-130, i don't have to send in the affadavit of support yet right??

I so need help,

To answer to your first question, you father will fill out I-864A and you will fill out I-864. For second question, you dont need to send AOS with I-130, AOS will be require at NVC stage after your file approve from USCIS.

Best of luck!

Affidavit of Support will be needed at the NVC stage if you are doing an I-130 for a CR-1 visa.
