Hi Steve congratulation!

I just want to ask you something....It's a hard question...(funny) im just a little bit confused about the check that im going to send together with my package i came here as B2 visa August and met my husband we get married last year Oct. and we didnt sent our AOS yet for we want to make sure and thanks to VJ i learn a lot..here is my question do i have to send 1010.00 check and 355 for money order..together with the AOS package i just want to make sure for someone told me that...thanks i appreciate the answer....congrats again

Hi Shaimore, You can either send checks or money orders, doesn't matter. But I would either send 2 checks, or 2 money orders, I wouldn't mix and match. The amounts you indicated are correct. Good luck

Hi Delightful, The biometrics went smooth and the experience was pleasant. Took about an hour. after that, you case status online gets updated to the date of the bio-appt.

I am here under a huge pile of papers, wandering...

Do I have to submit a I-693 (Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record)? I am in America since 2006, came as tourist, my I-94 expired on sep. 2007. Got married in January 2009 and we are ready to file our papers.

So, I do not understand...

Isn't the I-693 for people whom intend to came to America? Am I suposed to file it too???

What a mess in my head!!! :blink:

Nana, yes do go to a district surgeon and get the medical and send the I-693 (Sealed by the doctor). If you don't send it, they will ask for it later on. It is a requirement for ALL those intending to be a permanent resident.
