I-134 Affidavit of Support Oath Part

on the bottom portion of the affidavit of support, it says signature of sponsor which is me, so i sign that.

who is the officer administering oath ?? is that the notary public guy and am i supposed to sign this in front of him ?? this is supposed to be notarized right ?

Can someone please update the K1 guide? Bottom part step 4. It could be confusing to people as it states we still need it notarized in that section.
