Returned from Chicago airport couple months ago

this is a question from my friend who is applying for CR-1.

She was returned at the Chicago airport and she needs the document that she signed after they interviewed her.

What is it called and who should she talk to regarding this?

Are thay gonna have problems to get the CR-1 visa?

Denial of entry at the POE will not have any affect on processing of an immigrant visa petition, unless the denial had to do with something like an OVER-Stay of a prior visa, that may cause a problem at interview time.

for K3 and IR-1/CR-1, i dont think (again, i would only think) overstay would cause as much of an issue.
