One of her major concern is her age of 21 and Parental Consent.

HI... I WAS NEVER MARRIED.. NO KIDS... SO IS THAT OK.. IM A US RN...DO WE NEED TO STATE THAT IN THE PAPERS

Just fill out what is required for your paperwork. Or in other words just answer each question in your package.

I dont think you should worry about your age, me and my fiance is only 18 and 19 :)

The other questions i cannot answer

7/31/2008 - Sended I-129F to VSC (lost in mail).

9/24/2008 - Resended I-129F to VSC (*sigh* lost again).

10/30/2008 - Resended again I-129F to VSC.

11/11/2008 - NOA1

03/09/2009 - RFE received

03/11/2009 - Returned RFE

05/23/2009 - Recieved 2nd RFE

08/05/2009 - Denied. Besides that he turns out to be a total jerk. Case ended.

Her age is big factor in Philippines.......

Philippines and Denmark are totally different when it comes to the age factor

I'm still missing something here. Do you currently live in the US, or in the Philippines?

Being a nurse isn't going to cause a problem for your petition. However, if you already live here, the two of you are probably better off doing AOS than a K-1.
