Anyone know about Mexico's 300 day after divorce remarriage rule?

Hi there. My Mexican fiancee has just finally completed a whole bunch of legal rigmarole to finish divorcing two husbands which somehow the system had recorded as never having divorced her. Mexico has a law or rule or something that says that women are not allowed to get married within 300 days of a divorce... this is supposedly to protect them in case of post-divorce pregnancy or something. I'm wondering if that means I need to wait 300 days to start the petition process for her to get a fiancee visa. Anyone know? She's definitely not pregnant & hasn't been with those ex-husbands in a few years.
