OK, Here goes after all afternoon searching and finding no definitive answer........

The petitioner (k1)only receives child support so not enough to sponsor, The petitioners mom has filled in the I-134 which covers herself/petitioner and beneficiary- we were told as the petitioners kids aren't dependent on mom we don't list them on the I-134 filled in by mom - CORRECT???

Does the petitioner still need to fill in I-134 anyway and just list child support as her income with the kids as dependent on her?

NOW mom and petitioner live together and share rent/bills etc etc does that impact on the family size in terms of the poverty level, ie mom is sponsoring the beneficiary and the petitioner, as the kids aren't dependent on her the household will be 3? OR do the kids count as being dependent on mom as well as they are all in the same household in which case can we use joint income????

I hope that makes sense as the more I read site the more vague it becomes!!!!!

Yes petitioner still provides an I-134 as PRIMARY sponsor, and can use a CO-sponsor who too provides an I-134.

The CO-Sponsor does not need to count the petitioner's dependents on their I-134.

Our only concern is the fact mom and petitioner live together and we're worried they will look at the household as 6 (inc me + the kids) but only count moms income (she wouldnt meet the guidelines for 6) and not count the petitioners.......

edited to add:

So does co-sponsor still list petitioner as a dependent or just the beneficiary? if so wholly or partially?

Does mother claim grand kids, and you fiancee on her taxes?

An adult person may live under the same roof as their parent, but are NOT considered their dependents.

Co-sponsor only counts them self, the sponsored immigrant and only members of their home that are their dependents.
