Hi,

we had our AOS interview end of october and got an RFE letter (evidence of bonafide marriage) at the beginning of november.

We replied end of november but haven't heard anything since then.

Now six weeks have passed and we don't know how long we will have to wait. Is there any timeframe within USCIS has to answer?

When are we expected to get an answer?

Is it possible that we will not get any answer for a couple of months?

And is ist a good or a bad sign that it takes so long?

I would be happy about any answer.

Bye

That's the norm with USCIS you send more evidence, and they take forever to decide. You can get an Info pass, and go talk to an immigration officer near you. At least, they may be able to tell you updates regarding your case.

Good luck
