It's flipping cold here. 36f at 11:00am. I've decided to look at it as my training for Canada in February.

That it is! I went outside at 8 this morning - it was 0 c - yes zero!! When Mike got up it was -1 - yes minus one!!

Remember last winter was warm krikit and I emailed you because I was wondering if it was always that hot in the winter :hehe:

It's pretty cold in Philly.... my poor Dad left Quebec to get away from the bitter cold and snow, he and my stepmom rented a house in Lake Wales FL for 2 weeks. He called this morning to say it's 0 degrees and he can't even go golfing, so he's off to the movies!

hehe yes it's their first week there, they are staying until the 30th so hoping it warms up for them a little bit!

It's going to be a beautiful day here in sunny fla. High of 81f. Maybe a bit of rain this afternoon. That cold snap we had killed all my lovely poinsettias in the garden. :crying:

It's interesting, you can actually smell the humidity the last couple of days. Plus there are baby birds all over the place, I guess this is spring? That frost did kill the leaves on one of the tropical plants that shall remain nameless and there is a big tropical plant in the corner of the yard and it killed all the top leaves on that one too.

Sorry about your poinsettias krikit!

We had about 4 inches of snow and now its ice raining out. I didn't go to work today because I wasn't going to kill myself out there. NJ + Bad weather = DEATH.

OK, well this moring at about 5 a.m., someone decides to get onto the freeway..... going the wrong way. It was aparently a gruesome accident, and closed one of the biggest freeway interchanges in california if not the whole west coast. Traffic was diverted and the interchange was closed. So a 40 minute commute turned into an 100 minute commute. Still aren't many details about the person who got onto the freeway going the wrong way. They are almost always either drunk, or running from the police.

9/09/09 - Received email that Card production had been ordered.
9/17/09 - Green Card in the mail - No more USCIS until June, 2011 :D

We have some pretty nasty snow up here today again, woke up to the sound of sirens as there was an accident out behind my house again. but at least its warm...ish :thumbs:
