HI TO EVERYONE? DID ANYONE HERE GOT A NOA 1 DELAY FROM MORE THAN 30 DAYS? I AM GETTING NERVOUS ABOUT THAT. MY FIANCÉ SENT THE I 129 F 39 DAYS AGO. AND WE DIDN´T RECEIVE THE NOA 1 YET. WE ARE TRYING TO FIND OUT WHAT IS HAPPENING, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF ANYONE HERE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND WHAT DID YOU DO TO SOLVE IT. THANK YOU.

All you have to do is call the USCIS to find out if they received your petition and if they've sent the NOA1 already. If they have, they will send you another one which will take about 30-60 days to arrive.

You can also check with your bank to see if they have cashed the check, if they have, you can look up the receipt # they wrote on it and track it on the USCIS web site.

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview
