How long does it usually takes for AOS and EAD? I am really bored and exhausted to live a life without my sweet hubby...at the same time I am scared to deal with USCIS once again...who deals with the AOS and EAD?is it VSC? Who will deal with mine if I live in Arakansas? Is it VSC again or TSC?

I-485 is sent to the Chicago PO box, the processing center for NBC in Missouri.

Once NBC gets the application one of two things happens, they decide an interview is needed and sends it to your field office.

OR they send it to CSC for adjudication, if they decide an interview is needed they send it to your field office for an interview.

EAD can take 90 days or longer to get.

AOS can take 4 months to well over a year to process.
