I know of someone who came here using a tourist visa, got married after 120 days and is being scheduled for interview this month for AOS? if she's granted a GC would it be a 2 year green card (conditional) or a 10 year one? just curious. thanks.

Have to be married for 2 years to get the 10 year

If they were married less than 2 years by the time they have the interview it will be a 2 year GC. If married 2 years or more 10 year GC.
