We prepare foods that are not readily available here and don't have to pay for the marginal service in most places.

I am thinking that a national chain of schools for home cooks may be in order... oops, let that business plan slip.....

Would anyone attend that school at a reasonable price though?

lol.. I don't know about your dreams but I don't dream of eating a 40 dollar burger

if you are going to spend 40 bucks for one burger.. you might as well make it yourself. :P. and it would probably be a lot better

When you eat well at a nice place, it isn't just about the burger.

It becomes about the total experience of all 7 senses....

Of course, we're poor so that's something we can only dream of. To us, the world starts and ends at that burger.

Maybe that's why we're poor?

What do you dream of?

And before you answer, remember - it's a dream. It can be anything.

yeah, now I get what you mean...but does he need to spend $40 on a burger?

Yes. He makes more, he deserves better. If he didn't avail himself of superior products and services, what would be the point of employing his creative genius to make the kind of money people like us can only dream of?

Yeah, sure...if you say so. lol

I'd say my wife and I spend about 100-200 dollars a week. Some weeks we don't buy b/c we have so much food. Two refrigerators. Actually, one up stairs and one downstairs because my mother live downstairs and we stuff extras there. :D

Did not infer that, but most people do not know how to properly prepare most of the foods they desire. You may not be included in this analysis.
