i am worried about after the interview.i am flying to manila for the interview.if pink slip is granted the requirments are for the visa in 7-10 working days.however i see the embassy has been delaying the visa for as long as 6-8 weeks with allot of women.why is this?does anyone know?i will attend and demand they hand over visa in the required 7-10 buisness days.we have been screw at homeland security,weve been screwed at nvc for ap.im not about to be screwed with waiting for the visa.

Maybe you should reconsider the options before getting sh1tty with the embassy. Remember that they hold all the power untill the visa is in hand. The options are being passive and respectful and maybe get the visa soon. Or, you let all the emotions out and possibly never get a visa.

U.S. congressmen are almost powerless at this stage. I felt all that you are going through. After two months of getting the run around, I wrote the Inspector General. Did it do any good? I doubt it. We waited two months and seventeen days, from interview till visa in hand. I think this was in part because of a heated conversation I had with the embassy personell.

Doesn't stop there next stop if you get by the USEM will be the IOs at the adjustment of status. Then moves on to removing conditions. The USC.

If you live ling enough you'll be free only when she gets her US citizenshuip.
