We have exactly the same problem. I'm told it sometimes happens, and doesn't matter, because the online system and the "real" system have nothing to do with each other. Sucks nonetheless, because you can't even have the ILLUSION of transparency...

I am not sure if our cases may show up online at a later point. Please let me know if yours does show up! One person here on the forum reported they got the error message until they were approved, which is when it finally showed up in the online system. They were approved in less than four months.

We got our NOA1 dated 15th Jan but our case does not appear on their website at all if you search for it. I have read that this is common, the website is fairly unreliable...have others found this?

We did phone them as well the their phoneline gives the same info, however my fiance spoke to someone and they said it would be fixed in a couple days, but needless to say it still shows as before.

We get the following messaage: "Your case can not be found at this time in Case Status Online. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283."

HI everyone! Im a January 09 filer, was wondering if there is a way to extend all the visa processing for 1 year? I'm thinking of going back to my former job and will be going to Paris or anywhere in Europe. I'm just worried that later we need to reapply again which we dont want to happen. Is there anything I can do?

Hmm, not certain but I believe that you have six months from the date of the embassy's approval to bring your fiancee to the US and then 90 days to marry. After this you must resubmit an I-129f. I would suggest contacting an attorney to verify this and then consider your options.
