Getting passed over for NOA2 approval- Starting to feel like the last guy picked to play ball :crying: - really hoping to hear something soon and hope all our group gets theirs soon too!

We just got our interview date at the embassy: June 18th! :dance: The timing is perfect, I will be down there visiting her from the 9th to the 21st. For those of you still waiting for your NOA2s, you are in my thoughts. I pray that you receive your approvals soon. Once you do, everything really does move much more quickly. Best of luck to everyone and thank you for your support.

Congrats!!! Very happy for you [ and everyone getting theirs ] a little depressed i havent got mine yet, but not giving up hope.....yet

question...it seems Cali is quicker than Vermont at the approvals- anyone got an opinion on this? AND...whats the consensus on whether its quicker/easier to do the k-1 or get married first [ in her country ] and then do the k-3. i've heard some say its quicker to the k-1 and other say its faster to just get married and do the k-3. im trying to figure out my plan B if things go south with the k-1.

I never would have believed my journey to happiness would begin with something called an "I-129F"

03/19/09 - I-129F Sent

03/20/09 - NOA1 (rec'd harcopy 3/26/09)

03/24/09 - Check cleared

03/25/09 - Touched

8/12/09 - Touched (4 hours before NOA2 email)

8/12/09 - NOA2 email received

***Received email at noon (Weds)

***USCIS site did update with the status

***Was 113 on Berkeley list; 156 on VJ list

Im right there with ya- .. It's starting to get depressing.. I want to soo bad call USCIS and give them a piece of my mind but: 1. I dont want them messing with my petition- like accidently losing it. and 2. It's not going to be the person's fault who I chew out- they just answer the phones. So Im left to deal with this frustration on my own. It's getting bad. Everyday functions are getting hard. This darn NOA2 stays on my mind ALL THE TIME now. And they cant do anything because it's not been the STUPID 6 months yet. Looks like by those getting their NOA2's lately according to their NOA1 date they are working backwards in January.

he only received the noa2 hardcopy. he saw on the hardcopy that it was approved on the 12th and received 19th. we never had touches, nor emails nor any changes in the uscis website. i think they are not updating the uscis site...wishing everyone a speedy journey! wish i can pull you all with me with the approval...
