LOLz I did the same thing going over and over and over the papers were worn from me going over them. Finally one day I just went to the post office and sent it off priority mail. Good Luck to you, but do go ahead and send it soon the longer you wait the longer the line ahead of you.

I was a january 08 VSC filer and now a january AOS filer.

Good luck to all of you... hope you would all have a speedy and RFE free visa journey,. When the waiting gets tough, just always think that same time next year, you would be with your love one already and draw strength in that hope.

Tim filed ours on Dec. 30th and VSC received it on Jan. 5th. I hope that makes us a January filer! He received the NOA on the 10th. I sent him down LOTS of information because.....he didn't save anything!!! LOL LOL LOL Thankfully I did, so I hope that it will be enough, and then somehow, a few of his credit card receipts ended up with mine from some of the times we visited with each other. I am SO nervous!! We're all going to have to cheer each other on!!

Just drop by that my check is cleared and had sign up in the usic. letter was sent out 1/9/09 and check cleared 1/14/09. i think i should receive letter somtime today or next week on NOA1.

What does this mean on my timeline? Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between June 22, 2009 and July 9, 2009*.

Just curious how much documentation people sent in. I thought it would be a lot, but I combined everything into two folders. The first one had all of my forms (I-129F & G325), passport pics, letters of intent, and the second folder had proof that we have known eachother for over two years-- that was a thicker folder consisting of emails, letters, pics, passport entries, and itineraries. I still feel like my documentation wasn't enough though. I'm starting to get a little bit worried.

I just had one folder...now you have me worried i didnt have many emails or letters, because we usually talk on the phone, so i sent a few cellphone bills with our calls highlighted..I sent pictures too, and airline tickets, etc. I'm so scared

I wouldn't be too worried then. I just saw a pic in someone's profile of all of his documentation and I laughed, because mine was not nearly that extensive. My folders were small, and I only separated it into two so that it would be easily organized. With my luck, one of them will get lost. That would be awesome!

original letter of intent (both parties)

beneficiary birth certificate

copy of passport - all pages including front and back cover

copy of US citizens certificate (front&back)

call history - i enclosed 6 months and highlight phone number since it's a calling card.

picture - i think it was 15

airline tickets, expense receipts, and engagement ring receipts

What is US Citizen's certificate? and 15 pictures??? I thought it said on this website that you could send a maximum of 5?!

So as long as I sent my Birth Certificate, I should be ok right? I didn't send all the pages of my passport, only the ones with the stamps to see my fiance. But my Birth Certificate is fine, right?
