so i am living in honduras with my fiance and my mom just called me to say that the NOA2 arrived today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the noa2 date was may 5th. so they are working in vermont...there must just be something wrong with the online system. everyone keep your eyes on your mailboxes and stay hopeful. i am so happy and relieved.

11/23/2009 ~ Received Biometrics appointment letter

12/08/2009 ~ Biometrics appointment

01/06/2010 ~ AOS case transferred to CSC (California Service Center)

01/07/2010 ~ AP approved

01/19/2010 ~ Recv'd Work Auth card in mail

02/24/2010 ~ AOS approved and card production began

03/01/2010 ~ Received Green Card in the mail

Congrats!

I never would have believed my journey to happiness would begin with something called an "I-129F"

03/19/09 - I-129F Sent

03/20/09 - NOA1 (rec'd harcopy 3/26/09)

03/24/09 - Check cleared

03/25/09 - Touched

8/12/09 - Touched (4 hours before NOA2 email)

8/12/09 - NOA2 email received

***Received email at noon (Weds)

***USCIS site did update with the status

***Was 113 on Berkeley list; 156 on VJ list

:unsure: U GUYS I FEEL CRAPPY ASKING B/C OF THOSE OF YOU STILL WAITING ON NOA2, AND WE FEEL BLESSED FOR THAT BUT IT SEEMS LIKE PEOPLE WITH NOA2 DATES AFTER US HAVE ALL CLEARED THE NVC AND THEY HAVEN'T EVEN RECIEVED OURS? The NVC automated system doesn't work for K1 visas for some reason-i phoned it first and the automated message told me that it hadn't received our case, but then i spoke to an advisor and they told me that they had received it and also that it had been sent to the embassy. So you should ring back and speak to someone x

We had the same experience. NVC automated system said could not find our case but when we spoke to a person (just minutes after listening to the automated system), she said our case had already been received and sent to consulate. So definitely worth speaking to someone and not relying on the automated system!

vermont is alive! an october and a november filer got their noa2s. now let's hope they move quickly through the people who have been waiting forever and through january.

hello..congrat..so you did not get any email, but they mailed nao2? did i understand right? we got our noa1 on january 7th..but they did not even touch...

Had you signed up for email?

And did it show updated on the USCIS website?

Every day that I don't get an email, I hope that they just didn't update the online system... so I rush to check my regular mail. So far, still nothing. :(
