Hi everyone! Its great to see a good number of January Filers approved! Just a quick question... If my fiance lived in the U.S. for 18 months, does she need a police certificate from here? From what I understand, I don't think she does but I just wanted to make sure. Thanks! Best of luck to everyone.

Does anyone know if USCIS has any rhyme or reason to what order they process the apps? Like do they go by country, last name, or which ever one looks the easiest to process? Just wondering.. You just always see people waiting still while others who filed after have been approved already. (This is nothing against those, I definately say congratulations and we all know we wish it was us :yes: )

Hello everybody!

Nice to meet you, my name is Stefano and I am new to the forum, even if I have been reading it for months and months. I signed up today to say thanks to everybody! The petition on my behalf has been approved today, and I feel that good deserve in such an achievement must be recognized to the precious information contained in the guides that this website offers! My girlfriend had filed everything on January, the 24th and right today, when I went to check our USCIS account I found out that we had been approved! The best thing about it is that since March the 9th I'm back here with her in Puerto Rico for the second time, and we can celebrate this first success together. Needless to say... we're soooooooooooo happy!!! :) We still cannot believe it... everything went really smooth; the package she prepared resulted to be exhaustive and thorough (I have given her some guidance according to the data of the guides from VJ)! The guys in Vermont must have done such a good job also! :thumbs:

We will be together for another month, and this time, leaving for me will be a little bit easier than last time. I hope the rest of the process will be equally great, and I want to wish everybody here the same luck that me and my Love have had. For those waiting for approval: the wait is so hard, but true Love doesn't know any obstacle. Everything is possible, just keep your faith in each other and in God, and you will all be fine! Good luck to everybody for a quick and successful NOA2... you will all make it, guys! ;)

And now, celebration time!!! :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

THANKS AGAIN TO VISAJOURNEY FOR ITS PRECIOUS HELP

Stefano & Velmarie
