My fiance applied for K1 last December 30, 2008. We received the NOA1 last January 5, 2009. So I guess I should be in this list. :)

Hi everyone! HOw is waiting going?!!!! heheheh!!!! =)

We will soon be approved, got like 5 approvals on the 25th! yeeyy!!! more aprovals on the way till the time we can dance through to the NVC, med'l and interview process!!!!

When your files are moved you will be notified by immigration. For instance you received information concerning your NOA1. This is being touched.

hi everyone! this is swiftswan signing up for the january'09 filers :D . anyway, we were originally a dec'08 filer, we sent ours dec 16,'08 but was returned, and resubmitted on dec 27,'08. our NOA1 date is Jan 2,'09. dec'08 filers were already halfway approved. we're getting closer and closer to receiving our approvals too. so hang in there guys. our time is coming very soon.. :yes:

Try not to worry about that... It's the same for us. And I have seen several couples here lately who were in the same situation and got approved in under four months. Their cases showed up online right upon approval... :star:

8/12/09 - Touched (4 hours before NOA2 email)

8/12/09 - NOA2 email received

***Received email at noon (Weds)

***USCIS site did update with the status

***Was 113 on Berkeley list; 156 on VJ list
