Really need american Drivers Licence??

Hi guys,

I'm a k3 filler waitting for my approval. After that i'm not sure if i keep the k3 or change for CR1. I heard that i can't drive in US without the american drivers licence. Is it true? I have my driver's licence that i always used when in US as a tourist. Does anybody know if i really CAN'T use mine while i'm waitting for the AOS?

Whenever you move, to the US, or into another state, you need to view your states DL laws. i know in Florida, you have 30 days to get a new DL with your current info on it or there is a penalty.
