You should be able to find USCIS's poverty guide on their website. You'll have to make 125% of that. And yes, what he makes is more than 125% of the poverty level.

guys my hubby income is around 55-60k a yr is this already a 125% level fr poverty? we dont have any idea?,how much is around 125%fr poverty level? thanks

If the household is just you and your spouse (asawa), then $17,500 is 1125% of poveerty level.
