It takes average of 5 days per my observation. I am guessing your ds3032 and aos fee will generate by beginning of next week since you were just assigned case number day before y'day, but I could be wrong.

best of luck!

Although I oficially got my I-129F and I-130 approved in December (the 30th), I will join this forum as it took until the 8th of Jan for NVC to get anything in thier record. And according to the operators I have talked to the I-129 has not been sent to the embassy nor the forms and bills generated so I am a bit behind some of the people here but we have the neccisary paper work ready and are just waiting on the NVC.

I wish everyone speed through the NVC.

I just talked to an NVC operator and asked if my DS-3032 has been generated. She said (and I quote) "Your case was put into the system on January 12th, so it should be generated any day now."

What does "ANY DAY NOW" mean?!?!? Should I just call back tomorrow to check?

That's the same response I got when I called them 3 days later when they assigned case number. So, keep on calling, but I am for sure you ds3032 will generate by tuesday since monday is government holiday.

Call NVC, they should have your case number by now. Speak to live operator dont rely on avr to give you any information.

Good luck!

DS3032 was accepted on Jan 13th. Now waiting for AOS bill to arrive in mail to pay AOS fee and IV fee.

Ok, I am confused if we are going K3 when do they send the I-129F? After we pay certain fees or what?

You dont pay any fee or submit any documents at NVC for I-129f, they will check your 129f documents at nvc and then they will transfer your file to consulate. Then everything will done through consulate.

I129F is immidiately sent to the respective consulate after assigning a case #. That's what the operator told me when I tried to track I129F using either USCIS receipt # or NVC case #.

If you have the NVC case # for I129F then please call 202.663.1225

Option 1

Option 0

They will be able to tell you whether your case has reached the consulate.
