Hello to all of you guys!!! Count me in .I had my approval dated Jan.7th .But I learned just few minutes ago hahahaa... Will keep you all posted... Need to call NVC then.

Welcome aboard!!!

Call NVC 6033340700

Option 1

Option 5

Speak with the customer representative. Best time to call are between 7:30am till 09:30am EST. After that the waiting period is more but keep trying. Then between 6:00pm till 7:00pm EST. Infact you can call them now. Their timing are 7:30am till midnight.

Good luck.

Hi again to you!! I called this morning can't wait to hear the news but I am confused why the NVC operator gave me an Alien No. of my wife instead of case number. ..

Once you get the operator after dialing the options that I had metioned in my earlier post, please provide them your USCIS receipt number. If they have received the package from USCIS they'll ask you to verify following details

1. Beneficiary's name and DOB

2. Peritioner's name and DOB

After that you can ask for NVC case #. Please refer to the LingChe's NVC guide for how the NVC case number is generated.

Thanks you.You mean you want to create an account on USCIS and is going to check if it has updated your petition or not? You can create your own portpolio with your receipt number on it then you will receive an email in case your petition is approved. Well, last December I sent a letter to my Congressman and Senator. I don't know if it helped to speed up my petition. Well, just keep waiting, you will be approved by February 1st week or 2nd week I guess. VSC is doing thier part this month and I hope more approvals to come.

mfdndiaye1,

Since you filed in July you have about another 2 to 3 month of wait since VSC are approving april and early may. Just be patience and your time will come soon. Patience is the key to be postive, I know its easier said then done but there is no other way out. When I was waiting for my file to get approve, I tried every single posssible way I can to get approve faster but nothing worked. I tried contacting congressman, senator, and etc but nothing worked. And to check your case online go to this site https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/selectusertype.jsp and register your case so you can see what is going with your case.

Good luck with your Journey!

Operator told me that my AOS and DS-3032 have been generated and that the NVC has sent the I-129 to the embassy. However, they would not give out the Invoice Identification Number (IIN); I have called them at least 5 times for that since then.

waithatter, do you know if there is one IIN for both the AOS and the IV fee bills or these are two different numbers I will be looking for?

Good morning everyone!

I am also approved in 01/07/2009. Do you think it is ok to call NVC today? I have also a question. Do I need the last three income taxes to attach them to the I-134. I would appreciate your response. Thank you

Ricardo Marvilla,

Congratulations on your approval. Yes, you should definitly call NVC to findout your case number and I am sure they have your case number assigned by now. About I-134 and taxes, are you going for k3? if so, then yes you will need I-134 notarized with one year taxes is requirement, but three years are optional. But if you think that submitting 3 years taxes will help your case then there is nothing wrong sending them extra documents. :)

Good luck with your Journey.

I am not so sure about k1 process, but if you need help on k1 I think you should post thread on k1 forum. I am sure someone will answer your question more in detail.

Hey everyone! My I-129F and I-130 were both approved January 6th! Woo hoo! :)

I'm preparing all the documents, and calling NVC everyday. Autmomated info still has "no record of my information". How long should I wait,

or should I talk to an actual agent on the phone?

Hmm....CR1 or K3..... anyone else in this situation?

You should talk to an operator first thing on Monday. Also, if you have not already, read the LingChe guide now.
