Hei Krunal,

we are really frustrated...Finally we got an RFE on DS 230 in AVR ... which says Missing/incomplete DS 230 after reviewing... I am almost crying...don't know what to do...No operators could tell us about the detail on the RFE as they are saying they are still reviewing our DS 230.... One of the operator also mentioned to disregard the RFE if we have already sent DS 230...then why is this RFE for?

Please need help guys, we called NVC several times....Good thing is they have already accepted our AOS packet...

From my understanding, if there was a gap between when your AOS and DS-230, that they send a missing DS-230 RFE. From other posts that I have read, you can ignore this RFE since you have alreay sent it. I don't think you need to be worried at this moment.

Thanks Q, we have also make sure about it...this is a general RFE for having a gap between when your AOS and DS-230. Please pray for us.....

Sonia,

Dont worry everything work out well. As they say dont rely on AVR, so I would say dont think to much about it. It could be that NVC received your DS230 but have not had chance to put into system and updating AVR so give them about day or two. Be positive!!!

On February 20 NVC sent us and RFE because I made a silly mistake on question 24 of DS-230. I still don't know how I did that because I reviewed it so many times. But I somehow didn't see that. Anyway, Thank God it is something simple, I only have to send another DS-230 part I, which I already did.

Now I'm nervous because my k-3 interview is scheduled for March 24 and I don't know if I should wait one more week to see if NVC will complete my case and send it to the consulate or if I should postpone the K-3 interview already. What do you guys think? Do I wait a little more before I call the consulate to postpone it?

If you already responded to your RFE then your case should be completed earlier next week and I think you are in good shape to get april date. I suggest wait till end of 2nd week of march and if you dont get april interview date then go ahead and reschedule your k3 interview date.

Got the scan of the passport PCC and have sent the IV Package via Express Mail, its been gauranteed to be delivered by Noon tomorrow Now I wait for the magical words of "Case Complete". :)

Since your paper work will reach NVC tomorrow, your are more then likely to hear good news by thursday next week.

Thanks! I'll do that. I'll wait a few weeks and see what happens to my CR1. Me and my husband are also positive about having our case completed soon.

Cool!! I feel less stressed then I did the last week or so, this PCC thing had me very annoyed. I'll call NVC tomorrow night to see if they have received the documents and atleast scanned them

Finally the UPS package went out with my AOS & IV packages

Sadly due to weather it got there after 3pm!

So lost a whole day more due to weather

AND A SPEEDY CASE COMPLETE

How soon is it good to start inquiring about these packages calling i mean?
