JANUARY APPROVAL, Let's do NVC together

K3 interview date has been reschedule from March 3rd to March 30th due to not getting CR1 interview date for march. Hopefully I will get interview date in march second week for april so my CR1 file can reached mumbai consulate before my k3 interview.

As for my status, my wife got 1 of the local PCCs done, and the second one should finish by tomorrow morning. So it will be a race to see if she can get to Gandhinagar, get the final signature, and then off to the passport office. With they way things are going, I don't think we will be able to get to the passport office till monday. So my chances of getting an April interview are getting lower and lower.

If your wife gets to passport office on monday then she should get pcc by thursday and as soon as she gets it tell her to e-mail it to you. That's what I did when my wife got her pcc from passport office. NVC will accept copy and your wife can take original at time of interview. Dont loose hope man you never know you might finish before you even know it. I know This whole process has made us go insane. But I am sure we'll recover from this as soon as our spouse are here with us.

My DS-3032 email was just accepted about 1 hour ago, and I see the IV bill available to be paid online. Should I pay the bill now, or wait until the operator says the bill has been generated?

Go ahead and pay it. As long as its been generated you can go ahead and pay it.

Thanks...just wanted to double check, and not shoot myself in the foot, because the bill shows up as not paid. And when I asked the operator she said it was not generated yet.

When did you pay the bill? It usually take one day to show up as PAID.

Didn't pay the Visa Application bill. I got an email saying the DS-3032 was accepted today, and that NVC would be sending the Visa Application Fee, so I logged onto the Online Fee website, and saw that the bill was available to be paid. I wanted to make sure that I could pay it, before NVC even sends me the bill in the mail.

Once it shows paid online and check your bank and it has been taken out go ahead starts sending your documents. If the NVC AVR stated your IV Bill is been generated, they will not send you package via mail instead follow the instruction online. Any Obills paid online NVC will not send you anything... you have to print out instruction from that links! Goodluck!

DO NOT PAY THE BILL if the operator is saying that the bill has not been generated. Just because the bill is available online does not mean it has been generated. Wait until an operator can confirm. If you pay it online before it is actually generated it will cause problems. It happened with me and caused a delay of more than a week to sort it out.

I know it does not quite make any sense, but that is the way their system is.

i went to pay my Aos bill when generated

then went next day to check it and they got my DS3032

so the online iv showed as you can pay it so i did

after i did it said in process, then it said not paid

so i called nvc just to ask what does that mean

I said i hope i didn't pay it too quickly or it didn't go through since it said fee 0.00

they said it shows as processing so it did go true not to worried it will take a few days to process

i said i understand the few days i wasn't asking for it to be hurried allong just make sure it went through ok based on what was shown online

that same they they both showed up as paid that night

and i could download the Barcode sheets

You don't... every country have they own stats... someone at VJs completed everything and got March 5 as an interview so I would say depending on the country... of course perhaps Philippines next interview date will be APRIL due to the amount of petitioned that have been approved.

Thanks guys!! I am going to wait until the operator can confirm that the bill has been generated before I pay it. I'm not in a rush just yet, since I don't have the PCCs I need for the DS-230 yet.
