UPDATE:

My DS3032 was generated yesterday (15-Jan-2009).

Although I called the NVC two times yesterday, I was not told that my DS3032 has been generated. I checked the AVR today morning, that's how I came to know that my DS3032 has been generated.

My wife sent the DS3032 via email and I submitted the DS3032 using USPS express mail today (16-Jan-2009). My wife had sent me DS3032 signed by her.

Now waiting for next phase ...

I received one more letter from NVC about the I129F. This is exact same copy of what I have received yesterday but the only difference is the date of the letter. Has anyone received this letter from NVC notifying the peitioner that the case has been transfered to the consulate where the beneficiary resides?

I am planning to call NVC tonight and ask them the reason I am receiving these letter.

On a lighter note ... may be they are taking a revenge (by sending these letters to me) of me calling them numerous times a day.

So far all the customer rep. have been very nice. Except once I got the same customer rep., she did mentioned that ... I did spoke to you earlier today. But yet she was polite.

There are always those one or two rep that you will encounter through your NVC process. Best thing to do is ignore them and call right back if you have any question and those rude rep dont answer. That's what I did, I had this one lady rep who talked to me in worst possible way an human can talk to another human. But all I did ignored her and called right back.

Cuz i really dont want to pay for AOS or pay Ticket fair to india after two months she is here ..

but looks like i dont have a choice .. now i am confused if i should ask her to wait till she get I130 Interview .. but she already waited 1.5 yrs cant ask her to wait 2 or 3 months ..

so i think i should just go with AOS ..

Let me ask you this, Is your I-129f alread at respected embassy or consulate? How far are you into your I-130 process at NVC? Did they generate your DS3032 and AOS fee? what I did is my I-129f is already at mumbai consulate and they already received our packet 3, now we are waiting for interview date for I-129f while I am almost done with I-130 process here at NVC. Bottom line is if you have all docs ready for NVC process then you can easily get done with your I-130 process before I-129f interview date. So, its totally upto you how fast you do your paper work at NVC to complete CR1 process.

If I were you I would pursue both path to see which one gets me better interview. My question to you is do you really want to play the waiting with USCIS for adjust stauts? And if you respond your I-130 paper work as soon as they generate you might be able to finish your NVC process very quick.

possibly. I-129f case number will help you track your progress through DOS. You can call the 202 number that I responded to your earlier post.

Yeah! I got two letters with dates three days apart, saying the same thing for my K3.

Thanks for the update.

I did spoke with NVC customer rep. (on friday evening), she told me that could be some computer glich, which is sending multiple letter with the same matter. I feel they might be accessing our files, which generates letters after updating status. This is pure speculation based on my computer programming experience.

What i was thinking is even if i pursue the I130 they will only give her Green Card valid for 2 yrs since we are not married for more than 2 yrs. So i still have to go thru USCIS with I751 to remove the condition on Green card and i still have to pay $545 & all the delays. so was thinking why? ... let her come here early with K3 Valid for 2yrs & will deal with Adjustment of Status. Correct me if i am wrong .. i am like stuck here .. I just got the Affadavit of Support bill from NVC .. do i have to pay this if i am doing K3 & Adjustment of Status ?
