Just want to asked some question, is there anyone of you in Philippines hear about DFA Birth certificate ribbon tag? just want to know...

yes its true, its called authenticated documents with red ribbon and gold seal, wherein we used this one as I am applying for my ITIN. and besides only this kind of authentication from DFA (with red ribbon and gold seal) is accepted at IRS. The fee for this authentication is 200 pesos per copy or per document.
