hello all. i know this is a bit premature since i'm still waiting on the NOA2, but my fiance was laid off from his job in the UK last month and is now searching for a new job. he planned on coming over to the US with his savings for us to get started with, but has had to tap into that for rent, bills, etc.

although we are both anxious for him to arrive asap, he wants to work for at least 6 months and save some money before moving over here. does anyone know if we can delay the visa approval....like maybe putting off the final interview. i know the visa is good for 6 months once issued, but if it gets approved, it means he cant leave england to visit me, right?

i welcome all suggestions/advice :)

There should be no problem with that - once you get your NOA2 and have your interview date, you can contact the Embassy and ask for it to be rescheduled. Of course, every USEM works differently, but I know for a fact that in Croatia there are NO problems with this, at all.
